The thirty-fourth issue of Stone’s Canterbury, Nelson. Marlborough and Westland Directory, revised and corrected up to May last, and with many additions and improvements, is a volume which will be found useful in any office. The bulk of the space is devoted to street, country, alphabetical, trades, municipal and county, official, societies and miscellaneous directories, and in the New Zealand Annual a vast amount of statistical, commercial and general information is to be found. In one section, the complete Customs tariff, corrected to include the recent amendments and alterations to the Australian and Belgian tariff under new trade agreements, is given.
