ANNUAL MEETING.

Spencer Park Domain Board. At the annual meeting of the Spencer Park Domain Board held recently, there were present Messrs W. P. Spencer (chairman). McMillan, Wells, Stubberfield, Mc-Fadden and Harvey. The annual report and statement of receipts and expenditure were presented by the secretary and approved. The chairman reported that after the final payment of the well had been made next July, there would still be a small credit balance at the bank. It was decided to write to Mrs S. ITeyder thanking her for her offer of manuka scrub from her property for use at the park. Members, decided to meet at the park at a date to be fixed in June to complete matters on the ground regarding season’s planting, erection of shelter fences, etc. On the motion of Mr McMillan, seconded by Mr Stubberfiold, Mr Spencer was unanimously re-elected chairman for the ensuing yea r.
