Lockett was delivering fruit from a motor lorry to a friend at Macclesfield last night, a motor-cyclist, travelling at high speed, crashed into the lorry and was killed instantly. Mr Lockett hurried to pick up the bodv and discovered that it was his own son, Cyril, aged twenty-two.
