CABIN AFTERNOON.

Mrs Robin Stackwood was hostess at a cabin afternoon at Ballantynes yesterday in honour of her cousin, Miss Mynette Watson, who, with Mrs Stackwood’s mother, Mrs S. Keith Garrick, will leave this week for England by the Rangitiki. Mrs Stackwood wore a navy blue tailored suit and a small navy straw hat. Miss Watson was also in navy, her diagonally-striped frock in navy and white being worn with a plain navy coat and a navy plush hat. The guests at the party were: Mrs D. Drummond Bailey, Mrs Manifold Watson, Misses Winifred Rosendale, Betty Webb, Margaret Talbot, Audrey and Betty Orbell and Enid Matson.
