SOCIAL EVENING.
The Xew Brighton Methodist Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs were entertained to a social evening by the St Faith's Young Men’s Club in the Parish Hall last evening. The cup for annual competition between the St Faith’s and Methodist Bible Classes in a Rugby match was presented to the Methodist team. The committee responsible for the arrangements was Messrs R. Fitchett, N. Seaward, C. Seaward, M. M’Cree, S. Wroth and L. Ballantine. Messrs R. Fitchett and X. Seaward were M.C. s, and music was supplied by Miss Maisie Ottey, extras by Mr R. Poekson. Among those present were:—Misses X. Cattermole, K. Evans, M. Turner, P. Seaward. B. Bennett, J. Fisher, M. Gudge E. Smith, J. Tindall. J. Napper, X. Wroth F. Green, W. M’Girr (Methven), F. Campbell, D. Campbell and J. Cattermole, Rev K. Scbollar, Messrs A. Cockle. J. Glasson, A. Hill, J. Roberts, C. Spedding, P. Warner, B. Xapper, R. Hewitt, B. Rice, D. Turner. T. Dixon, P Poekson, B. Box and J. Poekson.
