Visits Vienna But is Centre of Crowds. (Received February 19, 2.30 p.m.) VIENNA, February 18. The Prince of Wales arrived incognito, but despite the police forbidding the newspapers to publish the hour of his arrival the news of it speedily spread throughout the city and when he was shopping the throng behind the Prince was so great that the police wore forced to intervene. The Prince of Wales visited President Md;las and for an hour discussed Austria’s affairs. He will probably visit Budapest.
