BRIDGE PARTY.

Miss Hilary Fryer and Mr Helyar Bishop, whose marriage will take place next week, were entertained at an enjoyable bridge party last evening by Miss Joan Buchanan and Miss Janet Seymour. The party was held at Miss Buchanan’s home in Naseby Street, where pink and mauve larkspur and hydrangeas made dainty floral decorations. The guests, each of whom brought a gift for Miss Fryer’s pantry, were: Mr and Mrs Geoffrey Pidgeon, Mr and Mrs Richard Hamilton, Mrs Selwyn Hardy, Misses Natalie Lough, Joyce OsmondSmith, Jean Menzies. Noeleen Bishop and Kathlren Buchanan, Messrs Max and Brian Bassett, Hilgrove Bassett, Hugh Francis and Gordon Buchanan.
