The newspaper “ II Popolo di Roma ” understands that Hungary, Yugoslavia. Czechslovakia. Rumania and Poland have agreed to join a. pact of non-in-terference. It remains to be seen whether Germany will adhere to the actual agreements. which are a clear indication to Germany from France and Italy to collaborate in the reconstruction of European order.
