MAINTENANCE CASES.
For disobedience of a maintenance order, Christian Frederick William Petersen was convicted and ordered to pay costs by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the ! Magistrate’s Court this morning. On a similar charge, James Robertson was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called on within six months. An affiliation order was made against Edward Madden and he was ord* red to pay past maintenance, £lO 7s. and future maintenance at the rate of 12s bd a week.
