PARTY FOR BRIDE-ELECT.
At her home in Glandovey Road. Miss Barbara Bayley entertained a number of friends at a tennis party yesterday afternoon in honour of Miss Betty (rawshaw, whose marriage to Mr Geoffrey Hiatt will take place next week. A number of useful gifts for the bathroom were brought by the guests. Those present were: Mrs N. R. Belcher. Mrs C. Johnson ( Invercargill), Misses Mildred Hiatt. Wilmot Macbeth. Linlev Ilerdman. Moira West Merle Parry. Nona Hampton. Cushla Mitchell and Jocelyn Mosse.
