LAST RESPECTS PAID.

Funeral of the Late Mr W. I. Bolam. Many friends, business associates and lodge members attended the funeral of the late Mr W. I. Bolam, which left his late residence, 24, Rugby Street, yesterday afternoon for the Waimairi Cemetery. A tribute to Mr Bolam’s long service with the New Zealand Insurance Company, Ltd., and his keen interest in Freemasonry, was the presence of representativees of most of the Christchurch insurance companies and several lodges. The chief mourners were the widow. Miss \V. Bolam (daughter) and Messrs J. P. Bolam and A. T. M. Bolam (sons). Services at the house and graveside were conducted by the Rev A. K. Warren, vicar of St Mary’s. Merivale. The pall-bearers were the following members of the St Albans Masonic Lodge:—Messrs W. L. M’Callum, W.M.; J. H. Hutchinson, S.W ; A. T. Bell. J.W.; G. W. Gambles. K. More and R. A. Wilkinson.
