BUSY BEES’ FAIR.

For the purpose of raising funds for the new Sunday school building, the Redcliffs Methodist Busy Bees organised a “ swarm fair," which was held in the church hall on Saturday afternoon and evening. The fair was opened by the Rev R. E. Patchett, who expressed his pleasure at the interest displayed in the fair. He referred to the need of funds for the Sunday school building, and thanked all those who had assisted in organising the fair. The stall-holders were:—Cake stall, Mrs Primmer and Miss Betty Ashworth. flower stall. Miss Smith; bran tub. Misses Daphne Primmer and Shirley Holden; sweets. Misses Gwen Gee and Ethel Ashworth; apron, Mrs Ebert; fancy, Mrs Ashworth and Miss Betty Ebert; <?nll.s. Misses Daphne Cook and Gwen Primmer; cushions, Miss Tomlinson; quick lunch. Misses Nancy Holden and Ina Cooper; produce. Masters Lloyd Holden and Allan Primmer.
