HUGE LONDON FIRE.

Warehouse Blaze Visible for Sixty Miles. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrigh* LONDON, December 3. Fifty-two motor pumps and 300 firemen waged a most energetic conflict against a fire in a Golden Lane clothing warehouse. The flames were visible for sixty miles, the fire being the biggest in the city for many years. A searchlight was used to direct the firemen’s operations, and seven towers, each 100 ft high, were quickly spraying rooms in neighbouring warehouses, which were speedily isolated.
