ACCIDENTAL DROWNING.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, This Day. An inquest was held this morning on the death of David Vincent Ross, single, aged 27 years, who was drowned yesterday afternoon at Ravensbourne. The evidence disclosed that Ross, who was employed in a fertiliser works, was an indifferent swimmer and got into difficulties during the lunch hour bathe, his companions being unable to rescue him. A verdict of accidental drowning was returned.
