MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

Traffic Cases Heard To-day. Mr 13. D. Mosley, S.M.. presided over a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court today, when traffic cases were dealt with. Tor riding bicycles without lamps. Kenneth bang, Barry Mantell. James M Guire and Arthur Levington Reynolds were each fined las and costs. Terence Vaughan was fined 10s and costs, and Noel Moffat 5s and costs. Ernest Guillermo was fined 15s and costs for riding a cycle without a light and convicted and discharged on a charge of riding a bicycle on the footpath. Edward Charles Plskett was fined £2 and costs for negligently driving a motor-car. On similar charges, Kreri Arthur Biggs was fined 30s and costs and Cyril James "Wheeler was fined £1 and costs. For riding a motor-cycle without a license, James Grundy was fined £1 and Oliver Lawrence Luxton was fined 5s and costs for driving a motor-van with insufficient lights. For failing to give way to traffic approaching on the right, Agnes Maud Prins was fined £1 and costs and Wilbam Arthur Pitama was fined 10s and William Guildford Todd was fined 10s and costs for proceeding against the automatic signal. William Allan Uren was fined £1 and costs for driving a motor-van in a dangerous mannner. Voluntary Appearances. The following made voluntary appearances:—Harold Edgar Squires was convicted and discharged for riding a bicycle without a light. James (Jordon bow (Mr Young) was fined £2 and costs for driving a motor-car that was not insured for third party risk, and convicted and discharged on counts of driving an unregistered car and driving a car that did not carry the assigned number plates. Allan Donald White was fined 15s and costs for riding a bicycle without a lamp.
