MOTORS COLLIDE.
Two Men Injured at Auckland. per Press Association. AUCKLAND, November 29. Serious injuries were suffered by two young motor-cyclists. George Walters and Ivan Stanley Walters, of Newmarket, when the machine they were riding was involved in a head-on collision with a motor-car on the PaeroaPokeno road, about four miles from Pokeno, to-night. George Walters, who was driving the machine, received fractures of both legs and both arms, head injuries, concussion and shock. Ivan Walters suffered internal and head injuries, concussion and shock. The two men were not related, although they both live with George Walter’s parents. The injured men were brought to the
Auckland Hospital. The driver of the car, Mr Nicholson, who suffered a gash to one hand, was taken to the Thames Hospital for attention. His condition was not serious. Roth vehicle! were considerably damaged.
