They were shown the evolution of all kinds of brushes, from the raw material to the finished article ready for the market, and many were unaware that there was so much work, or so many processes to be considered in the making of brt*shes used every day The visit proved that local brushes compare favourably with the world’s best. At the conclusion of the visit, Miss Cooper, on behalf of the members of the party, sincerely thanked the management for their courtesy in allowing the. visit, and expressed appreciation of the concise and interesting manner in which the members of the staff who were detailed to act as cicerones had explained the many processes of manufacture.
