Level One Foot Below Zero. The level of Lake Ellesmere is at present one foot below zero, having | fallen 3ft 6in since October 3, when the outlet was opened. It was reported to yesterday’s meeting of the Ellesmere Lands Drainage Board that the outlet had been closed. The total cost of the : work that had been done on this occai sion was about £125. Lake Ellesmere.
