In the past single relief workers and unemployed women have been permitted free private baths by the City Council, but at last evening’s meeting, dealing with a suggestion that an extension be made to married men, the Baths Committee reported that in future a concession card would be issued to provide three baths for 6d, the free system to be discontinued.
