FISHING LAUNCH WRECKED.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, This Day. This fishing launch Ellar, of 34 feet, drifted ashore and was wrecked near Leigh -yesterday. Nobody was on board. It is understood that the launch was being towed from Whangaroa to Auckland by another launch and that the tow line parted on Sunday' night. The towing launch has not returned and it is thought that she is searching for the Ellar.
