BROKEN THIGH.
Injured Woman's Wait for Assistance. Mrs A. Yemm. who fell from a bench while working in her house at 62. South Crescent Road. Spreydon, yesterday, breaking her thigh, lay helpless on the floor for some hours before her husband returned from his work at 2 p.m. She was then taken to the Lewisham Hospital by the St John Ambulance.
