THE WINTER SHOW.
It’s an old saying but a true one: if you give people something new and different, they’ will give 3’ou their unstinted support. This was the big id£al behind the planning of the Winter Show and Exhibition of Industries. New displays, new ideas, new schemes for entertainment—these were but a few of the plans that the organisers of this y'ear’s Show worked to. Visitors all agree that this year's Show exceeds their| expectations. It is real entertainment. There is so much to see that many people are going back a second time. There are many attractions for this evening. They include a drill display' by the Fendalton School children, music b\' the Christchurch Municipal Band and a Men’s Mannequin Parade and Burlesque.-
