PLOT 121 VIENNA. VIENNA, July 24. The Government discovered a scoialist plot and made 1000 arrests in forty-eight hours, resulting in prisons being overcrowded. Mai y cl thosa arrested have been placed in a concentration camp at the Armbruster factory, formerly occupied by the makers of the royal carriages. The authorities refuse to give details of the plot.
