The old boys of the Cathedral Grammar School and choir "will hold a dance in the schoolroom on Saturday next, July 28, which promises to be an undoubted success. Bradford’s Orchestra has been engaged. The president of the association and his wife, Mr and Mrs P. Hockley, will be the host and hostess and will welcome all, whether members of the association or otherwise. Ladies are asked to contribute a basket of provisions towards the supper. A dance in aid of the tea and kitchen stall at the Lewisham fete, will be held this evening at the Ritz.
