Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 23. The quarterly session of the Supreme Court opened to-day before the Chief Justice. Robert Donaldson, charged with breaking, entering and theft, and William Murphy and Thomas Joseph C Shea, jointly charged with breaking, entering and theft, pleaded guilty and were remanded for sentence until Friday. Probably some day this class of case will be referred to scientists to be dealt with,” remarked the Chief Justice, in commenting on indictments of indecent assaults on a male. “In the meantime, there is no other alternative, when it is shown that such practices 1 have been adopted, than prison or a mental hospital.”
