Plans for Celebration Soon to Be Announced.

United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received July 23, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. The “ News-Chronicle ” says that the plans for the King’s Silver Jubilee will shortly be announced in Parliament. A high official at Buckingham Palace contradicted the suggestion that his Majesty would tour the provincial cities. It is unlikely that there will be any great London gathering of representatives of the Dominions and Powers. The King desires that the celebrations should involve the minimum of expenditure.
