“NO MORE WOMEN.”

Victor M’Laglen and Edmund Lowe in Drama. “Hips, Hips, Hooray!” and “The Count ” will be screened finally tonight at the Majestic Theatre. Edmund Lowe and Victor M’Laglen as rugged, swashbuckling, deep-sea divers; under-water battles for hidden gold, -and battles ashore for feminine favours; comedy, romance and spectacular adventures —these are the high lights of “ No More Women,” the drama which will open at the Majestic Theatre to-morrow. In this film M’Laglen and Lowe begin their conflict as divers on rival salvage tugs, seeking 20,000 dollars in treasure aboard a sunken rum-runner. When M’Laglen’s boat is inherited by a pretty girl, Lowe joins the crew, causes M’Laglen to be lowered in . rank and heaps abuse on him. Sally Blane, with whom both are in love, succeeds in both being pretty and capable in her role. Minna Gombell gives a fine portrayal as a

“ friend ” of the sailors, who is interested principally in collecting nsurance policies on their lives. Others who contribute interesting waterfront characters to the cast are Christian Rub, Alphonz Ethier, Tom Dugan, Harold Huber. William Franey. J. P. M’Gowan and Frank Moran. The under-water scenes in “Xo More Women ” are most spectacular and provide a satisfying dramatic balance for the comedy which abounds in the story. Box plans at the D.I.C.
