The Foreign Office, in a statement referring to the Japanese, American and British naval discussions in London regarding procedure said: “We do not anticipate that any talks on other naval questions will occur with the Japanese representatives until about October, when the Japanese Government is expected to send experts for that purpose.” A message from Arthur’s Pass says that about 2in of Snow fell on Monday night and that conditions at Ski Ilut are good for winter sports.
