LABOURER REMANDED.
Theft of Pair of Shoes Alleged. Per Press Association. ASHBURTON, May 22. Charles Rudolph Davidson, a labourer, aged 37 years, appeared before Mr F. W. Watt, J.P., in the Ashburton Court this morning, charged that on or about May 1, 1934, he stole a pair of shoes, valued at 15s, the property of Ronald Leonard. He was remanded in custody to appear before the Magistrate on Friday.
