OIL TANKERS ORGANISED.
British Official Wireless. RUGBY, May 4. A decision to put into operation from 10-day a scheme for an international pool for oil tankers has been taken by the council of the International Tank Owners’ Association, which has been meeting in London this week. The scheme represents an attempt to rationalise the tanker indusdustry and the discussions on it have lasted some months.
