Latest Nazi Plan to Shift Population. RAW MATERIALS PRODUCTION. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 7, 10.10 a.m.) BERLIN, May 6. A Nazi building programme, including the foundation of 1000 new towns, has been announced by Herr Gottfried Feder, Commissar of Colonisation. The town.?, with populations ranging up to 100,000, are expected to be completed within a generation. The intention is to transfer the inhabitants from the fringes of the big cities to chosen areas suitable for the production of raw materials.
