LATE SPORTING.
Prospect of Heavy Track at Forbury. (Special to the “ Star.”) DUNEDIN. May 7. The weather showed signs of clearing to-day, but _avy rain fell yesterday and overnight, giving the track at Forbury no chance of drying. The caretaker, with a system of draining, hopes to have it in order for to-morrow, but it is sure to be heavy for the interna llonal match race. (Fields for to-mor —w appear on Pa*a 10.)
