NAVAL BUILDING POLICY.
British Official Wireless. RUGBY, May 2. The First Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Bolton Evres-Monsell, in reply to a question asked in the House of Commons,. said that the Admiralty's shipbuilding policy was based upon the \ conclusion that a battleship should be i able to defend itself against all! methods of attack, including attack j from the air.
