MEMORIAL WINDOW.

Memory of King Richard Honoured. LONDON, April 25. Unexpected hero-worship has resulted in Richard Crookback, murderer of the Princes in the Tower, being honoured with a memorial window in Middleham Church, Yorkshire. Marjorie Bowen, the novelist, who gave her view of King Richard in “ Dickon,” will unveil it. The window has been erected by private subscribers, who are convinced that Richard was a much-maligned monarch, despite the conclusive evidence of his guilt as revealed last December. The ceremony coincides with the 450th anniversary of the death of Richard’s son. Edward, at Middleham Castle. One light shows Richard and Edward, kneeling in Roval robes, and the other Anne Neville, Richard’s Queen.
