ENGINEERS’ DISPUTE.
Dates of Conciliation Proceedings Altered. Fixtures for the hearing of the Dominion Engineers’ and Motor Mechanics’ disputes have been altered owing to the fact that several assessors on both sides are interested in the gold miners’ dispute in the Inangahua district, which was scheduled for hea r ing about the same time. The engineers’ dispute, originally set down f.»r hearing in conciliation on May 8, has been adjourned until May 22, and the fixture for the motor mechanics has been advanced from May 22 to June 5.
