EMBARGO LIFTED.

Complicated Wool Import Formula. v GERMANY’S DECISION. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 28. 10.10 p.m.) LONDON, April 26. The “Yorkshire Post” has been officially informed that the German embargo on wool imports is being withdrawn on May 5. as originally announced. The new regulations, under which the industry will be allowed to import raw material?, provide for the allotment of quotas to the mills each April and September based on a complicated formula derived from wool processed in 1933 and in the first quarter of 1934. Special permits to buy more than the allotted quota will be granted in exceptional cases.
