Secrets Leaked Out and Press Knew. LONDON, April 8. 11 u &kes, the Chief Constable of Lincoln, has announced that he intends to complain to a Government department about the improper disclosure of highlv secret messages. It was as a result of these disclosures, he said, that newspaper inquiries were made in Lincoln regarding a recent visit of Scotland Yard officers to the city. I simply wanted advice in order to test the genuineness of an absurd rumour which has reached my ears,” he said. There is no need for any mysteny.”
