SOCIAL AT BURWOOD.
The Burwood School Committee held its final euchre tournament and dance at the school on Saturday. There was a large attendance. The prizes for euc-hre were won by Mrs A. L Winter and Mr Southard. The aggregate prize was won by Miss K. Clark. The chairman. Mr H. Rowsc, thanked all present for their support during the year. He expressed the hope that the incoming evenings. After supper the room was cleared and a dame and community ••sing” was heid. Items were given by Mr Smith. Mrs Southard and .Master H. Rowse. Mr Southard provided the rnuric for the dancing. At the conclusion of the dance Mr A. L. Winter thanked the committee for the enjoyable evenings provided during the year.
