Austrian Patriotic Groups Now One. “AUTHORITARIAN STATE.” United Press Assn.— By Eleetric Telegraph Copyright. (Received April 17. 10 50 a.m.) LONDON, April 16. The Vienna correspondent of the “ Manchester Guardian ” says that the Reichpost ” announces that negotiations between Dr Dollfuss and Prince von Starhemberg have resulted in a platform permitting the unification of all patriotic associations. Herr Stepan Tillmann, leader of the Fatherland Front, declares that the agreement was reached on the basis of the creation of an authoritarian State Dr Dollfuss announced to a demonstration of 30,000 peasants at Graz that all the patriotic organisations had been welded, which, in view of the recent dissensions, had surprised Vienna.
