Ship Lost Through Officers’ Negligence. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, April 13. The Marine Court's finding in regard to the stranding and the coastal steamer Bealiba, on March 9, off North Head, says that it was due to negligence. The Court suspended the certificates of the master. Captain Karl Anderson. and the second mate, Mr Jeremiah Ileffernan. for three months.
