Chocolate Rice Pudding.
To-dai/’s Recipe.
Ingredients: 1 dessertspoon cocoa, 1 pint milk, 2 dessertspoons castor sugar, 2 dcssertspon; rice, castor sugar, 2 dessertspoons rice, and place in pie-dish. Mix cocoa to a smooth paste with a little of the milk. Stir into rice. Add sugar. Mix well, and stir in remainder of milk, and half a teaspoon vanilla essence. Place in a slow oven. Bake about 1& hours, or until rice is tender.
