Cheese Spillikens.

T o-Dau’s Recipe

May be used as ordinary biscuits or served with soup. 3oz flour, 3oz of grated cheese, One saltspoon salt, loz butter, Half a gill of milk. Rub butter into flour with fingertips, add the cheesd, and mix to a stiff paste with the milk. Roll out thin and cut into very thin strips about 2in long. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a slow oven for five minutes.—Sent in by Pam, Shirley.
