RABBIT BREEDERS MEET.

A meeting of the Co-operative Rabbit Breeders’ Association of New Zealand (Inc.) was held on) Thursday evening, when the president (Mr W. G. Wright) occupied the chair. Mr A. Lawrence reported that the schedule for the Toy Dog and Cat Club show, to be held at the end of June, would be issued by the next meeting. Mr Wright reminded those present of the C.R.B.A. field afternoon to be held at Bryndwr on April 14. Tlie business concluded, Mr Lawrence gate an address on "How to Obtain Increased Prices for Angora Wool.” Mr Lawrence pointed out the importance of correct feeding and the careful cultivation of the crops suitable for the rabbits’ food all the year round. He also gave a demonstration of grooming, shearing and the grading of Angora wool. At the conclusion of the address a number of questions were asked, and the speaker was accorded a vote of thanks.
