LATE MRS C. S. F. MOORE.
Mrs C. S. F. Moore, who died in Christchurch last week was an old resident of Banks Peninsula. She was born in 1858, being a daughter of the late Mr George Mason, sen., who settled in Okains Bay in 1839. In 1881 she married Mr C. S. F. Moore, whose family were also early settlers at Okains Bay. and until eighteen years ago she resided on the Peninsula. Mr Moore died nine years ago. Mrs Moore leaves five sons, Messrs W, H and A. M. Moore (Hickory), E. N. Moore (Okains Bay). R. Moore (Barry’s Bay) and Cliff Moore (Christchurch), and two daughters, Mrs Graham (Okains Bay), and Miss Moore (Christchurch). The funeral, which took place at Okains Bay on Saturday, was largely attended. The Rev E. N. Blakiston conducted the service.
