“THE WHITE SISTER.”
The featured attraction at the King’s Theatre Talkies, Sydenham, to-night, Thursday and Friday will be the memorable play “ The White Sister.” A new pair of screen lovers, Helen Hayes and Clark Gable, make their first appearance together in this drama. Also in the cast are Lewis Stone and Louise Closser Hale. At the children’s matinee on Saturday, “ Diplomaniacs,” starring Bert Wheeler and Robert Woolsey, “ The Rink,” starring Charlie Chaplin, and another chapter of the serial, “ Heroes of the West,” will be screened.
