United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, February 13. Prince George, who arrived here as a lieutenant in the Navy, was farewelled this morning as a commander, having been promoted in the interim. His visit to the Cape has been astenishinglv successful and an equal reception is assured in other portions of the Union.
