TROOPS DISPERSE MOB.

Indian Moslems Fired Upon. • CALCUTTA, February 3. A mob of 8000 Moslems at Srinigar, Kashmir, overpowered the police and attacked the Government buildings. They attempted to storm the Treasury, which was saved from destruction by the arrival of troops who were compelled to open fire. The mob was dispersed, many being killed and wounded. Early in the day a huge procession had been held, which had previously been banned. The trouble was due to Moslem discontent at the delay in introducing the political reforms, recommended by the Glancy Committee of 1932
