Tours by Prime Minister and Mr Savage. (Special to the “ Star.") WELLINGTON, January 16. Political activity is reviving. The Prime Minister, Mr G. W. Forbes, will have completed a tour of the South Island by the end of January, and within a fortnight he will be followed by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr M. J. Savage, who proposes to address a series of twenty-five meetings on the West Coast and from Christchurch to the Bluff.
