FARMER KILLED.

Was Learning to Drive Car. Per Press Association. DARGAVILLE, December 27. Hugh Diprose Turner, a farmer at Mangatu, was killed yesterday morning when the car which he was driving skidded and capsized down a bank from the approach to a bridge at Donnelly’s Crossing. Mr Turner purchased the car the day previously and was being taught to drive by a nephew, Mr L. IT. Foster, who was not injured. Mr Turner leaves a wife and eight children.
