Y.W.C.A. PARTY.

Senior Girls Entertain Parents. Parents and friends of the senior girls of the YAV.C.A. were given the opportunity last evening of inspecting an attractive display of handwork and of enjoying a delightful entertainment, in which members of the various clubs took part. During the evening Mrs W. Machin (president of the Y.W.C.A.) congratulated the girls on their performance, and also thanked Mrs Richards, who had given the girls lessons in marquetry and barbola work, and Miss Grand, who had conducted the basketwork classes. The items were: Physical display. Sunshine Club: play, “Waiting for the Bus,” El-d’noor Club; folk dance. Sunshine Club; stunt, “Dr Quack-Quack,” Rovers Club; play, “The Bride,” Merrymakers’ Club: folk dance, El-d’noor Club; Christmas waits, Rovers Club.
